We would like to express our thanks to B. Reitman Blacktop for a great job. done. Our driveway was done within 2 days of receiving the quote. The quote
was very reasonable for all the work you provided.
 
Neatness got a big A+. Your personnel were very courteous to all our inquiries, and they left with clear instructions to us regarding the next 48 hours. We did not get their names, but please put a copy of this letter in each of their personnel files. It's always nice to get/hear something positive.
 
The follow up thank you phone call is something we wish all companies did when a job is contracted. To us, it showed confidence in the company and faith in their employees that a job would be well done.
